How to use
1. Start with Level 1, the white one.
2. Place it between your back teeth on one side.
3. Bite down, hold for a second, release. 15–20 reps.
4. Switch sides. That's one set. Do 3.
5. Rinse it with warm water after each session.
6. Move up a level when 3 full sets feel easy.
What makes it better
Three levels in one system. Grit starts at 40 lb and goes to 60 lb, so there's always a next set. Made from food-grade, BPA-free silicone that's soft on your teeth and gums.

What customers say
#spotme · @spottergoods
Smaller than I pictured
Not a bad thing. I just couldn’t really tell the size from the photos.
Read the instructions first
I opened it and immediately realised I had no idea how to use it properly. Worth taking a minute to read.
Too early to say much
Just started using it. No big review yet, wanted to give it a proper try first.
FAQ
Before you bite.
Which level should I start with?
Level 1, the white one (40 lb). Move up when a full set feels easy.
What's in the full set?
All three levels: white 40 lb, gray 50 lb and black 60 lb, plus a carry case.
How often should I use it?
Start with about 5 minutes a day: 3 sets of 15–20 bites. Build up to 10 minutes as it gets easier. Give your jaw rest days, like any other muscle.
Is it safe for my jaw?
Skip it if you have jaw joint (TMJ) problems, clicking or locking, jaw pain, frequent headaches, or you grind your teeth. Skip it with braces, crowns, implants or recent dental work. Stop if your jaw or teeth hurt, and don't overdo it. Not sure? Ask your dentist first.
How do I clean it?
Rinse it with warm water and mild soap after each use, then let it dry.
