Everyone should be able to shop Spotter — including people who use a screen reader, screen magnifier, voice control, or only a keyboard. If something on our site gets in your way, that's on us to fix.

We build our site to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. They're the most widely used rules for making websites work for people with disabilities. We're a small team and we're not perfect, but this is the bar we hold ourselves to.

Strong contrast between text and background, and text you can zoom to 200% without breaking the page. Every product photo described in words for screen readers. Pages you can use with a keyboard alone, with a visible outline showing where you are. Clear labels on every form field and button. Captions on product videos. Nothing that flashes. Layouts that work on any screen size.

Before a new page goes live, we test it with automated checking tools and by hand — using only a keyboard, and with a screen reader. When we find problems, we fix them. We re-check the whole site at least once a year.

Some parts of our site come from other companies, like checkout, reviews, subscriptions, and order tracking. We choose partners who work on accessibility, but we can't fully control their tools. If one of them blocks you, email us and we'll help another way.

Our site is designed to work with recent versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge, and with common screen readers, including VoiceOver, TalkBack, NVDA and JAWS.
