Is skincare really a guy thing?
You look after everything else. Your face is just the part you've been skipping.
Where do I start?
The PR Kit. All four products in one box for $89, so you can find what works for you. Then subscribe to your favorites on their own pages and save about 20%.
Do I need a whole routine?
No. Each product is one step you add to whatever you already do. No ten-step anything.
How long until I see a difference?
Depends on the rep. Tape: a surface spot usually looks flatter by morning. Iron and Ice: skin looks smoother the morning after, and lines soften with regular use over 4 to 8 weeks. Grit: like any training, give it a few weeks. Results vary, and we won't promise numbers we haven't tested.
The gear
What's the difference between Tape, Iron and Ice?
Tape: clear pimple patches for spots and whiteheads. Iron: microneedle patches for forehead lines, crow's feet and between the brows, worn overnight. Ice: microneedle patches for tired, puffy under-eyes.
Does Tape work on deep, painful spots?
It works best on almost-ready spots and whiteheads. It won't fix deep, painful cysts. If breakouts are frequent or painful, see a dermatologist.
Do Iron and Ice hurt?
No. The needles are tiny and melt into the skin. You might feel a light prickle when you press them on.
Does Grit actually work?
It trains your jaw muscles with resistance, the same way any lift trains a muscle. It won't change your bone structure, and results vary from guy to guy.
Which Grit level should I start with?
Level 1, the white one (40 lb). Move up when a full set feels easy.
Safety
Is it OK for sensitive skin?
Try a patch on a small area first. Don't use patches on broken, infected or irritated skin. If you get redness, itching or burning, stop and talk to a doctor.
Is Grit safe for my jaw?
Skip it if you have jaw joint (TMJ) problems, clicking or locking, jaw pain, frequent headaches, or you grind your teeth. Skip it with braces, crowns, implants or recent dental work. Stop if your jaw or teeth hurt. Not sure? Ask your dentist first.
Is this medical treatment?
No. It's grooming gear, not medicine. Our products aren't meant to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
Orders & shipping
How much is shipping?
Free on US orders of $49 or more. Under $49, it's a flat $4.95.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive 7–14 business days after you order. We pack in 1–3 days, then it ships straight from our production partner overseas. That's how we keep prices down.
Where do you ship?
All 50 US states, Washington DC, Puerto Rico and military addresses. Not outside the US yet.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us within 12 hours of ordering. After that it may already be packed, but the 60-day guarantee still has you covered.
My tracking hasn't moved. What now?
For the first few days it may only say "label created" while it crosses the ocean. That's normal. If it hasn't moved in 7 days, email us and we'll chase it.
Subscriptions
How do subscriptions work?
Pick your product and how often you want it. You save about 20% on every order, and we email you before each one ships.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Pause, skip, swap or cancel in your account before your next order ships. No calls, no minimum.
Can I subscribe to Grit or the PR Kit?
No, those are one-time buys. Tape, Iron and Ice come on subscription.
Returns & refunds
What if it's not for me?
60-day guarantee. If it didn't work for you, we refund you. Opened and used is fine.
Do I have to send it back?
No. Keep it or toss it. We're not making you pay postage to send back something nobody can reuse.
What if it arrives damaged or wrong?
Email us a photo within 14 days of delivery. We'll send the right one free or refund you. Your call.
How long does a refund take?
We send it within 2 business days of your email. Your bank usually takes 5–10 more to show it.
